Caitlin Sherwood is currently an elementary school teacher. She began playing volleyball in 5th grade for school. She played club volleyball for two years in high school. In high school, her team won league championships and went to the state tournament twice. In college, Caitlin played on University of California, Davis Women’s Club Volleyball team. Her team placed in the top ten of the national tournament for 2 years. She has had training in many different positions on the court. She began her career as a left side hitter and later became a middle hitter. For a majority of her career she was a right side hitter and a setter. Her coaching motto is from Michael Jordan, “Never say never because limits, like fears, are often just an illusion.”

Lauren began playing school and club volleyball 8 years ago. She graduated from Keller Central high school, playing middle and right side for the varsity team. After graduating Lauren began coaching for SVA volleyball where she has coached for the past two seasons. Lauren’s coaching motto is “You haven’t failed until you quit trying.”

Erin is coaching the 14 Black team this year.  Both the girls and parents love Erin!  She was a great player with Phoenix for 2 years and now a great Coach.  She is firm and hard on the girls, but also has fun with them.

Jaclyn has coached for nine years at the club level. Four years at Wisconsin Juniors, and five years at Oklahoma Peak Performance. Coach Hill has coached ages 12-16. This will be her first year with Phoenix Volleyball Club, and her 10th club season as a head coach. She has played club volleyball for 6 years. She also played on varsity levels in High School, and in College. Jaclyn graduated from Trinity International University with a major in Elementary Education, she then graduated with her masters degree in Educational Administration for the University of Central Oklahoma.
